V. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

VI. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

 

The relationship between the User and Ad Litem will be governed by Spanish Common Law. If any controversy arises in relation to the interpretation and/or application of these Conditions, the parties will submit their conflicts to the ordinary jurisdiction, submitting to the judges and courts of the City of Madrid.

VII. NUANCE

In the event of discrepancies between the Spanish and English version of these T&C and of the Cookies Policy, the Spanish version shall prevail.
