Javier's expertise also encompasses legal defense within the scope of Insolvency Law, having participated in applications for voluntary and mandatory bankruptcies, applications for the initiation of pre-insolvency negotiations, lodging of all kinds of insolvency claims and claims against the estate as well as instituting insolvency procedural pleas on the grounds of said claims classification and inclusion within the creditors list, claims for insolvency administrators' liability, applications for the initiation of winding-ups, applications for the purchase of assets and production units, negotiation, challenge and drafting of anticipated and ordinary compositions of creditors and enforcement of judicial and non-judicial titles within both the common and the winding-up stage.

 

He has performed all of the aforementioned while assisting creditors, debtors and insolvency administrators.
