Contract Law
As a result of his professional and academic activity, Javier holds a vast expertise in the matter of Contract Law. He has participated in the drafting, review, ammendment, assignment and interpretation of agreements dealing with salespurchases, real estate and services leases, loans, financing, construction, franchises, donations, collaborations, agency, mandates, intermediation, debt recognition, out-of-court settlements, arbitration clauses, powers of attorney, recruitment, assignment of employees through temporary employment agency, as well as with shareholders agreements.
He is currently taking his PhD in Law at Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2021-2026), focusing his investigation on headhunting agreements. Furthermore, his knowledge on the subject matter led him to end up qualifying second best at the II International Contract Competition organized by Fédération des Barreaux d'Europe (FBE) along with the Warsaw Bar Association (2017) as well as to regularly publish legal reviews in the main specialized Spanish media. Likewise, Javier is licensed to practice law both in Spain and in the State of New York, which allows him the seamlessly work in Spanish and English with agreement based both in Civil Law and Common Law systems.
