Public Law Litigation

Due to his academic and professional background, Javier has also acquired relevant experience in Public Law Litigiation. He has participated in all kinds of administrative proceedings as well as in contentious-administrative proceedings related to the challenge of general rules, challenge of the order mandating refund of subsidies, challenge of public tenders, disciplinary sanctions in matters of professional conduct, administrative sanctions and matters of professional associations.

During his time at university, he earned a concentration in Public Law and he also graduated in Political Science. He completed his internship program in the Public Law Department at Baker Mckenzie. Likewise, his active involvement in the legal profession through the Board of the Madrid Bar Association Young Lawyers Division (AJA Madrid) has led him to specialize in matters of the legal profession and professional conduct.
